A traditional style of pickle originating from Eastern Europe. This pickle is brined and fermented which keeps it both crisp and juicy. 

A combination of salt, water, herbs and spices combine and the raw vegetables are transformed into well-preserved and healthy pickles.

The added flavour comes from lots of garlic, dill, bay leaves, mustard seeds, fennel and coriander.
