Shipping policy

You will be notified as soon as your order is dispatched and provided with tracking information. We generally dispatch orders twice a week.

UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands): £5.00

Scottish Highlands:  £7.00

All orders are packed with premium packing materials, however, accidents do happen, so if you're not happy with the condition of your goods when they arrive, contact us and we'll try and put it right.

Please also remember, our fermented products are raw and unpasteurised. This means they will continue to ferment in the jar.  You may experience some bubbling, fizzing, or pressure in the jar which may cause the jar to leak. This does not affect the product.
