It’s World Cocktail Day and to celebrate, we’re introducing you to some of the ways you can add an Aye Pickled twist to your cocktails.   Here’s two tasty cocktail recipes that are sure to tickle your taste buds.    Kicking Kimchi Bloody Mary A brunch essential… made better with the addition of Kimchi!  It’s spicy, boozy, sweet and savoury. Ingredients: 50 ml vodka 115 ml tomato juice 15 ml lemon juice 15 ml lime juice 1 tbsp Aye Pickled Kimchi brine 2-3 dashes Kimchi Hot Sauce (adjust to taste) 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce Pinch of celery salt Pinch of black pepper Aye Pickled Kimchi for garnish Celery stalks for garnish Optional: additional hot sauce or chilli flakes for extra heat...
